[README] How to open Suggestions

Hey there!

So apparently, GitHub has released this new feature to allow for discussions about the project, and I figured I'd make use of it to see how things go. So, for starters, I decided to make this the place where suggestions go.

If you have a suggestion for Farmer's Delight, please open a discussion for it here:

1. Click the New Discussion button;
   
2. Select the Ideas category;
   
3. Describe your suggestion.

From now on, please avoid opening new issues to share suggestions. Issues are meant to be about problems with the mod, which can be resolved and closed.

Also, just to clear up: I cannot guarantee I'll share my opinion or verdict on all suggestions. Nothing is confirmed, until it is. Don't let this discourage you from starting a discussion about it, however; even if it doesn't fit the mod, it could end up being its own thing!
