Improve HTML output by using rst2html-style https://bitbucket.org/cskeeters/rst2html-style/.

I'm not sure it's a good idea, in order to get it working it seems that you have to modify rst2html. I'm not convinced this is a durable solution.

If I understood correctly you just want to style the output HTML.
I use that exact style without modifying rst2html. you just pass the argument where the css file is.
Something like
rst2html --stylesheet=api-doc.css
Check the vac docs folder for the css file. It is the same that Francisco is mentioning I just did some minor changes.
