Malayalam Swanalekha Scheme

I was thinking of making a new Malayalam varnam scheme based on key mappings of swanalekha. Anybody want to volunteer for making it ? I think swanalekha scheme will be better for a faster usage.

Thank you for pointing that out @vachan-maker . I had moved the schemes to a separate repo couple of days ago. Fixed the link now.
