I was having issues with sway on debian stable. It should be fine with new versions of hyprland.
Which version are you using @mohammedbilalns ?

Latest one , 40.0

As per ibus/ibus/#2182, ibus requires input-method-v1 protocol and both sway and hyprland has only v2 and v3 support.

It might work on xwayland applications. Could you also try running firefox with following options, found this on reddit
firefox --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland --enable-wayland-ime
