Fix - Option to hide/unpublish sections of a page

In the current Salary and Benefits page, the option to publish/unpublish is given for the whole page, while individual benefits can only be added or deleted. An option for hiding a benefit would allow the content creator to hide it from the live page without deleting useful data (and allow unhiding it in the future).

There are likely more examples of this in other parts of the website, so a general solution is likely preferred.

Below image show that there is no "unpublish" or "hide" option.
