In Material 3 version , our default dialog color change to another color for surfaceTintColor, this can't lead into our requirement . So we have to use surfaceTintColor attribute to change our desire colors. So, in this intl_phone_field package, pickerDialogStyle attribute , shoud add surfaceTintColor as a parameter for customizable.
