feature request: use system "Excluded files" list when suggesting folders to create new file in.

when creating a new file and choosing which folder it will be in, the list of existing folders does not ignore the folders listed in "Excluded files" from Obsidian system settings. This leads to normally excluding folders such as "Media" or "Templates" more easily being accidentally chosen as the destination for new notes.

Can it be somehow changed by ourselves?

its not a setting in the current version of the plugin. I've look a little into implementing it into the code myself but i haven't had any success yet
