I ran HybridCheck succesfully several times, but now I am getting the following error:
Warning: Error in [: incorrect number of dimensions
This happens even when I try to run the same input file I have used before. Could it be something in a more recent update (as of March 2019) that is causing the problem? I also tried to use the R console to avoid making mistakes on population sets and so on, but I keep getting the same error.

Can you provide the problem input file? Or a minimum version of it that recreates the error? HybridCheck hasn't had a new release for quite a long time.
