Notebook users can use the "Run Remote" button in Jupyter Notebooks to package up their notebook and send it over to Valohai execution. AFAIK a part of this work is done by our Jupyhai addon and then the walkdirectories/upload/adhoc run is done by valohai-cli W

Let's define a new valohai-cli command that would allow users to "Run my notebook from this directory"?
This would be especially relevant to notebook users who are not using Jupyter Notebooks, but for example VS Code
