Functionality based on GM script "PardusMemberInfo"

Hello,

we've talked about new features and ideas and you said you love it, so I will finally submit some suggestions now :)

This one is about the functionality based on the GM script "PardusMemberInfo", which stopped to work a few FF versions ago.

It basically pulls some date from alliance_members.php and presents the result in a few block above the member list. Those blocks are "Activity", "Ranks", "Competency", "Buildings", "Free Slots", ...

I will attach the original GM script, which should give you an idea and make it easier to fix, implement and maybe improve :)

Tried to fix is myself, but didn't get that far, because some layout issues have been breaking the whole page.
