In pset queue, change Redacted for secret units to the name of the secret unit if you have it / know the name of it

seems reasonable, though possibly annoying from a codebase perspective since right now the pset queue doesn't need to know who you are, so you'd now need to pass an extra variable around. but i'd take a PR.

should I access the level of the secret unit and the level of the student to check this in pset_queue_list.html or pass a dictionary that takes a secret unit to a boolean to signify if the student can access it?
