If you know you're only going to be working in one workspace, feel free to add source {path_to_workspace}/devel/setup.bash to your ~/.bashrc file. Here's an example for the 2020-2021 workspace:

echo source ~/2020-2021/devel/setup.bash > ~/.bashrc

Then close and reopen any open terminals you have, and you should be good to go.
