Summary

Updated the page structure of the "What's new" and "News and updates" pages.

Problem statement

Summarize the problem this PR solves in a clear and concise statement.

Solution

  • Moved the "News and updates" page to be a child of "What's new" page, rather than a child
  • Moved "What's new" content into cards to visually condense the content

Testing and review

  • Confirm the new structure makes sense
  • Confirm that all links work as expected
  • Confirm the redirects for the "What's new" page are present.
