Helper script for all capabilities

User Story:

As a Metaschema model author, I want the ability to invoke the various XProc documents via a helper script so that I can get started quickly.

Goals:

The following capabilities should have helpers wired to the bin/metaschema-xslt script:

• Documentation Generation
• Schema Generation (Schema generation subcommand #45)
• Converter Generation (Converter Generation Helper Script #43)
• Validation

Also:

• An ADR should be created with the goal of stabilizing XProc port names across the repository and the structure of the helper scripts (how arguments are passed in, etc).

Acceptance Criteria

• A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
• The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.
