 San Francisco has been a beautiful city not only with its natural views, but also with its flourish art atmosphere. No matter for a resident or tourist, there is always some art that fits one’s taste in San Francisco. The dataset records in various perspectives about the arts on display and most importantly, the current locations of them. It would be much easier for people, if they could see the visualized data on a map, then they could plan better for their trip. For example, with the symbols on the map of San Francisco, visitors could know the nearest art displays around their hotel, or if they go for a specific artist, they could know just where they should head to. Also for art students would need to look at specific categories of art, such as art items made from bronze, wood or porcelain, they could check with this map visualization and plan for their field trips. Briefly saying, by visualizing this dataset, we could have a better idea of the distribution of art items and its displays in San Francisco, in various perspectives; then visitors could better utilize this data on the map to choose where to go according to their preference on art items.
