Allow editing of certain project / environment fields if the user has access to do so #84

The Lagoon UI does not provide currently the editing of projects while the GraphQL API provides this. For the following fields of a project:

gitURL
branches regex
Pullrequests
production environment
autoidle

Additionally this editing screen should only be shown when the user has the rights to update a project
