Add Snap functionality to goreleaser #273

Adding snap to goreleaser would allow us to take over the publishing on the snap with @vincenzodnp https://snapcraft.io/lagoon-cli

I've found a couple of apps that seem to use goreleaser+github actions to update snaps -
https://github.com/twpayne/chezmoi (nice docs at https://www.chezmoi.io/developer/releases/)
https://github.com/evilmartians/lefthook
https://github.com/danielgatis/imgcat
https://github.com/caarlos0/fork-cleaner
There should be enough there to go on
