Keymap-drawer workflow

Leveraging the new nix-based workspace, I have added a workflow recipe for parsing and drawing the base.keymap file using keymap-drawer.

The workflow is automated using just draw, which will do both the parsing and plotting. Note that I haven't tuned the output yet, for now this is just a demonstration of the workflow. The resulting image can be configured in draw/config.yaml with any of the available options.

Note:

• For now, the filename of the keymap is hardoded in the recipe. To use another file, change it there.
• I am am using -k "ferris/sweep" because base.keymap doesn't specify a auto-detectable layout
• I added draw/base.svg to .gitignore as it isn't super useful for now, preventing it from being uploaded to Github
