DES workflow page

In the DES workflow page (https://docs.urbanopt.net/workflows/des.html) there's still reference to the uo_des workflow rather than the newer uo des_create and etc commands..

Also still reference to the running a model directly with the docker workflow which was only for the old jModelica workflow right? I could be wrong here, maybe this is in reference to running OpenModelica via docker..

Running a model with Docker works with OpenModelica, which is bundled with the DES workflow!

The uo_des workflow is how to use the GMT directly. We bundle those commands into the main workflow as you mentioned, with the uo des_create and related commands. We can update the docs to make that clearer.
