https://gohugo.io/tools/migrations/ seems epic

currently stuff is spread over https://unswcpmsoc.wordpress.com/ and https://blog.unswcpmsoc.com/, which are hard to find, and hugo is a better tool for the job anyway

will almost definitely require a refresh of the current blog hugo logic
