I know Windows is as of yet untestet, but it seems to work quite well already!

One issue: When running UnoServer in powershell (e.g. . "C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\python.exe" 'C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\python-core-3.8.19\Scripts\unoserver.exe' --executable 'C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\swriter.exe'), and then you go to kill it (Ctrl+C), python and swriter.exe keep on running

I just want a place to track this, currently we're not running it from PS anyways, but I think it's worth knowing if you're on Windows
