Make Coupons & Discount Codes available directly from the main Events Page

Solution
A menu item on the main event page that allows event managers to create an event coupon code with customized percentages quickly.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Anything that makes it obvious to them as an option.

Additional context
@julien51 and I discussed this upon feedback I received and he said it would be possible to move this to the main page so it becomes more intuitive (obvious) for event managers to use. Here is the thread: https://discord.com/channels/462280183425138719/1280958531566309407
