Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Sometimes, when I am visiting unixporn, I want to see the best of showcase but can't be arsed to scroll through weeks or months worth of posts.

Proposed feature

A command similar to !top wm/bar/etc that finds the highest amount of hearts on a post in the specified time period week/month and lists the message links to to those posts in showcase channel. Top 10 ought to be enough by my reckoning.
