I had the same issue with 1.2.1.
The warning seems to be caused by not finding "Packages/com.unity.springbone/Editor/GUI/Icons", but copy the UnityChanSSU_URP-release-1.0.5 project folder to the Assets folder and use "Assets/UnityChanSSU_URP-release-1.0.5/Packages/UnityChanSpringBone-release-1.1/Editor/GUI/Icons" exists. (There is 1.1, but the content is 1.2.1. For some reason, the folder name could not be changed)
So I solved it by rewriting the path of "kIconDirectoryPath" in "SpringBoneWindow.cs".
