  • filter by Outcome, IP, Delivery Status, Period.
  • filter should be set to All IP, All Outcomes and All Delivery Status by default.
  • when a user clicks clear filters, the filter should be reset to the default setting and this should be visible on the heat map.
  • a user should be able to filter in any particular order, using a top down , bottom up approach or any other combination and should still get accurate information on the heat map and global stats
