  • the heat map should follow the color coding : Green for everything is ok, Orange for Received without issues, Red didn't receive anything.
  • the color should be determined by the average of the type of responses received. if the majority of the responses received for a district are Received with issues, then that district should be colored Orange.
  • a user should be able to drill down to a district.
  • on drilling down to a district, a user should be able to see pinpoints which when clicked give summary of the feedback from RapidPro.
  • pinpoints should be color coded based on the feedback.
  • the heat map should have a summary in percentages of what kind of s=feedback was received e.g of the total 500 responses received, 18% were received without issues, 70% were received with issues and 12% were not received at all.
  • default color for a district without responses is yellow
