the heat map should follow the color coding : Green for everything is ok, Orange for Received without issues, Red didn't receive anything.
the color should be determined by the average of the type of responses received. if the majority of the responses received for a district are Received with issues, then that district should be colored Orange.
a user should be able to drill down to a district.
on drilling down to a district, a user should be able to see pinpoints which when clicked give summary of the feedback from RapidPro.
pinpoints should be color coded based on the feedback.
the heat map should have a summary in percentages of what kind of s=feedback was received e.g of the total 500 responses received, 18% were received without issues, 70% were received with issues and 12% were not received at all.
default color for a district without responses is yellow
