links go to Notes and not Bible passage #816

As an end-user when I am reading a translationWord and want to look at a Bible passage that is listed in the Bible References - I click on the link.

BUT the link opens the DCS md file for the tNotes associated with that Bible passage.

I would like to read the Bible passage and not a tNote.
