Audio Stops When Screen turns Off

When listening to OBS, the audio stops playing when the screen shuts off. This is not desired, the audio should continue to play even with the screen off.

In what circumstances should the audio keep playing?

The Current design intention for the audio interface is for it to play along with the pages as you read. This means if the user navigates away from the screen with the text, the audio should stop.

If the audio is meant to be more of an audio book or general player there are several other things the app needs to do in order to jive well with android, and we need a more pervasive UI for controlling audio.

Here are a few scenarios with the desired outcome:

• Within the app: Navigating away from the screen playing the audio should stop the audio (e.g. using the back button)
• User changes to another app: Audio should continue to play
• Screen blanks via power button or timeout: Audio should continue to play
