incompatible with current verovio

Hi Raff,

first of all: This is fantastic work, and it doesn't get the attention it should. I'm going to open some issues, as I'm figuring out if and how to integrate it in our current work (over at https://github.com/BeethovensWerkstatt/module2). First of all: It seems your using an older version of Verovio. It complains about several things being deprecated, namely the options border / ignoreLayout and the method renderPage. It also complains that pageHeight and pageWidth values are out of bounds.
