It looks like the geographic regions for programs aren't displaying on the published site or on Netlify, it just says "regions" for every program I've looked at in the last few days (for example, cpb-aacip-500-db7vrd9q which does have geographic metadata in Airtable)

I see that "regions" is hard coded into the template :-) So yes, that's probably not helpful!

For https://unlocking.netlify.app/episode/cpb-aacip-500-db7vrd9q/ I see that there is a NAEB Region III in the list of subjects. It looks like the region for programs is being described using subjects?

Oops, yes, the NAEB regions are described by subjects. I was referring to the actual geographic info (the Continent, Country, Region, Settlement fields on Airtable), which I believe is what's meant to go under "Geographic Regions". (I assume that geographic info is meant to display on the site, though I guess I don't know for sure!) Only programs actually have those 4 fields of geographic data, documents just have a single "Coverage (Spatial)" field.

This commit adds collecting the Continent, Country, Region and
Settlement columns from the Programs Metadata table when
`npm run fetch-episodes` is run.
