Update starterkit URL in readme #85

In readme file https://github.com/umbraco/The-Starter-Kit/blob/v9/dev/README.md it mention the URL https://umbraco-starter-kit.s1.umbraco.io which is broken.

It doesn't seem the site is available on the the Umbraco Cloud URL either: https://umbraco-starter-kit.euwest01.umbraco.io/

Maybe the project was renamed or isn't it available?

Maybe it is due the restrictions. Could be great with a friendlier page?
