Enable Pin only interface

This is supposed to function as a map for people with similar interests, to show where they are located. Similar solutions already are used on google maps with pins

I'd like an option or settings to disable all the options on the map and only to allow putting a pin on the map and adding information on that pin. The rest of the interface should not appear at all

I'd prefer not to use google maps.

There is not such option, but if you create a map an only open edition to some layers (not the full map), other editors will get a simpler UI:
