This plugin is customized from Discount Rules for WooCommerce (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-discount-rules/) for my own website and can be use to implement site wide discount.
Designed for B2C websites and not suitable for B2B.
- Apply site wide discount
- Option to exclude products already having sale price setting in product consile of woocomrce
- Apply discount on sale price if above option is not checked
