Clinical scales have not been updated yet as the format of the tables used has changed so that clinical_scales.py cannot run successfully to produce the clinical_scales.yaml.

Pension details have also not been updated yet as this should take into account that the pension rates may change at a given point in time - in a similar manner to how the job anniversary updates the details on a given date.
