Add ability to move to PTZ presets

Would it be possible to get and move to previously saved preset coordinates?

There isnt really a current way of controling PTZ cameras.

I can't promise anything, but I can maybe take a first look at it. Providing sample camera data from Bootstrap would be helpful, since I don't own a PTZ. https://uiprotect.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dev/#generating-test-data
