Hi there, thank you for open sourcing your wonderful work, congratulations on the publication as well (it's very well written).
I understand from the paper that this pipeline targets microscopic structures rather than macrostructures like human organs, but I was wondering if it could be used for organs anyway? I think it can be, but I wanted to know the author's thoughts.
My specific use-case is to align organs to the "averaged" version of the organs (a kidney -> "averaged" kidney)
