UniLib 2.0

Major release of UniLib 2.0.

Changes since UniLib 1.0:

• license changed to 3-clause BSD
• Unicode was updated from 6.3.0 to 7.0.0
• efficient stripping of combining marks was added

UniLib 1.0

Initial release of UniLib 1.0.

UniLib uses Unicode 6.3 and offers:

• UTF8 and UTF16 encoding
• Unicode General Category info
• simple lowecasing, uppercasing and titlecasing
• Unicode normalization forms (NFC, NFD, NFKC, NFKD)
