Various fixes to make the plugin compile on Linux:

Recompiling dependencies (notice that the provided libtiff binary is a minimal build, without support for any external codec)
Modifying the build script in order to have dependency libs for Linux and Win64 side to side
Fixing "\" characters and case in includes file names
Invalid encoding of "°" character
