Disclose to instructor who selected which topic

@davidpbauer @donofriod1 does the minor update two months ago deal with disclosing to the instructor who selects which topic? It doesn't not appear (unless I have missed it) that an instructor can see who selected which topic in the interface.

The instructor should be able to see who selected a particular topic on the "Selections" page. There they can also remove a selection or add a particular student to a topic.

Ok I’ll check our instance implementation, perhaps there’s something wrong. – We leverage Tsugi cloud. Perhaps it would work better with a dedicated instance for LAMP. Thanks for the feedback David!
