Add MIMIC setup instructions to the website

We have added instructions for setting up MIMIC to the following repo:

We would like to send these instructions to participants as soon as possible. It would make sense to serve the page on the datathon website somewhere (e.g. at: http://datascicc.org/pre-datathon.html).

I'm not sure how the website is structured, so is someone able to help decide where the page needs to go in the repo? @docsteveharris @finncatling. Thanks!
