Thinking about changing this up so mirin & gumi commands are removed and instead you'll just do @distbott tweet {twitteraccount} ie. @disbott tweet tomopagu would get my latest tweets.

Do need to consider if tweet is the best command for this though, could be implied disbott tweet at user.
