Hippo needs to notify when a new order is placed (or when an Adhoc Order is approved by the PI). Without notifications, new orders are just going to sit until the PI opens a ticket asking when their order will get placed.

Update, it looks like everyone in the Cluster Admins tab received an email, but I, as a "Super Admin" did not.
