As a user with multiple roles ("System" and other), I see multiple "pending approval" status messages for a test project at https://harvest-test.azurewebsites.net/caes/project/details/65

FYI, I think I mentioned this to Brian and he was OK with it.
Don't mind if it gets fixed, just make sure it doesn't hide this from someone that should see it.
