Sky130 Commercial Tutorial Place & Route Macro Path

Hi, I'm re-opening this discussion because the old one is closed. I'm trying to go through the sky130 commercial tutorial but couldn't pass the Place & Route phase. The process failed in the floorplan.tcl script.

In 1.11.0, the script failed at line:

place_inst system/tile_prci_domain/tile_reset_domain_tile/dcache/data/data_arrays_0/
data_arrays_0_ext/mem_0_0 50 50 r90

with the following error:

**ERROR: (IMPTCM-162): "system/tile_prci_domain/tile_reset_domain_tile/dcache/data/data_arrays_0/
data_arrays_0_ext/mem_0_0" does not match any object in design for specified type "inst " object 
in command "place_inst".

After the fix in ucb-bar/chipyard#1882, the script passes that line but fails at the next line:

Instance system/tile_prci_domain/element_reset_domain_rockettile/dcache/data/data_arrays_0/data_arrays_0_ext/
mem_0_0 is placed sideway. Reset orientationto to R0. Flip instance system/tile_prci_domain/
element_reset_domain_rockettile/dcache/data/data_arrays_0/data_arrays_0_ext/mem_0_0 to match row orient.

element_reset_domain_rockettile/dcache/data/data_arrays_0/data_arrays_0_ext/mem_0_0' was not found, 
so halo was not added.

What did I do wrong here?
