Describe the package

Hello, I'm bazzite and linux new user. Excuse if I'm posting on a wrong thread and my poor English.
Is it possible to update the Gnome extensions that come pre-installed on bazzite? Some of them are old, like the Blur my Shell.
For some reason, I can't update or uninstall/reinstall them using the extension manager.
Does anyone know how to do the update, please? It would be much appreciated if bazzite team offers updates for them.
One other off-topic question: How to remove Lutris and its leftovers, please? Any terminal command?
