Incentivized Pull Bodies

We should offer more support, in the form of a custom prompt perhaps, to incentivize detailed pull request bodies.

A great recent example of the behavior we want to incentivize is here.

The contextual knowledge is great to have for the team, particularly on high priority tasks. For "normal" and "medium" priority for example perhaps it's less impactful.

We can experiment with prompts like

Here’s the spec
Here’s the diff

We are trying to incentivize detailed pull bodies with extra context related to solving the spec and that makes sense in relation to the diff. Assign a score between 0 and 1

I think this still requires a bit more refinement before this can be funded
