[Enhancements] Settings panel & User account #125

Hello,
I suggest adding a settings panel.
Some settings I would like to see implemented:

Maximum media quality (240p, 360p, etc.): this could be nice for people willing to reduce data consumption,
Preload: whether Redditp should preload the next image/s
Reddit redirect version: reddit.com OR old.reddit.com,

I would suggest to also add user account creation available with features such as:

Searchs save,
Users/Subreddits exclusions: whether posts from users/subreddits should be excluded from results no matter what.
