Caliper plugin causes performance problems #2

The plugin was identified as the root cause of a performance incident. Initial investigation identified two contributing factors:

Navigation events contain the entire body of the page being viewed. This seems unnecessary.
Events are emitted for unauthenticated users. Perhaps this should be a configuration option for the plugin?
