Outlook Indexer/Ingester

This is a bit more speculative. Outlook supports an extension model, so the idea here would be to index the attachments to e-mails. The motivation behind this is that it would allow us to "map backwards" from a file in storage to a file in e-mail and, ideally, the actual e-mail from which it originated.

This isn't required, but it would be a great demonstration of UPI.
