Broadcasting a message causes "PingHUD" to chat, as well as pushes text chats out. #13

Any way ChatInterpreter can be set to not cause the chat to light up, as well as push out real text chat when broadcasting?

Networking will be completely rewritten soon, so this issue shouldn't be a problem in the future.
